Here at Dchopper Customs, We are proud to be friends with Brian Veney. He is a well known bike builder and can be seen in the Yamaha Star 2012 Calendar with his Yamaha Raider. 


Brian has decided to jump into the Road Star World! So he can prove how far you can take these bikes for a fraction of the cost.



He has designed some great products that he now would like to offer to his fellow Road Star Owners.

Okay Road Star Owners!!!

For those of you that are into the bagger look and the larger front wheels with that slammed raked look.... here it is! 

 The cool thing is, this kit is completely bolt on and you DO NOT have to CUT YOUR FRAME! This kit is for those that want to run the 23" and 26" wheel upgrades. Once raked, the bike has a perfect trail of 4.0 and 4.5" depending on what size wheel you run. So need to worry about ill handling here! 

 The kit comes complete and includes the following...... Harley and Yamaha bar spacing. Harley and Yamaha headlight options, You can bolt back on your stock fork tube covers, top and bottom. 

 They are CNC machined, radius edged and you have the option of polished, or raw finished when ordering. If any questions please contact me using the contact page at the top right of the page. Depending on stock on hand, please allow 1 to 3 weeks for delivery.

RECENT UPGRADES TO TREES THAT ARE NOW STANDARD FEATURES!!! 

The trees come with new neck cups, bearings, and hidden stem bolt that bolts from the bottom. It also has a smooth top tree to keep things clean looking. We have also added a clutch cable hole in top tree for those folks that want to use a fairing and route the cable out of fairing. This way because of routing.... you will not bind the cable and isn't hard to operate when pulling in clutch. We have also included a hole at top of tree so you can now run your wires/plugs through. Road Star owners!!!


Ever want to run the larger wheel??? Don't have any fender options?? Well now you do. You can run the larger wheel and ANY style Harley fender that is completely bolt on! These aluminum CNC machined brackets have a hidden bolt system to so you do not see bolts from back side when looking at  the wheel. They simply bolt on to your stock front shock lowers with your OEM hardware. Then place your 23" or 26" Harley fender on wheel. Measure, mark and drill your holes in the fender and bolt it on. The mounting brackets do come with hardware on the backside, so you get everything you need to complete job.


For those of you that want to run that larger wheel and don't want to clutter it up by having the rotors on both sides. 

 Now we have a single side bracket for 13" rotor! This CNC machined bracket will bolt on to your stock fork lowers and include spacers to where you can space them out on your rotor. We only use Six Piston Performance Machine brake calipers for this upgrade. 

We can get the caliper for you as well! 

 The benefits of this are not only cleaning up the wheel for a better look, the 13" rotor will give you increased brake performance over the stock rotor. The six piston brake caliper will also rival performance over the stock caliper. When doing this upgrade, we also recommend changing out your stock brake reservoir to a Warrior which has the larger bore size. Not needed, but recommended.
